ramsac are MSP 501 Channel Leaders

We are delighted to announce that ramsac have made the global list for the top 501 MSP (Managed Service Provider) Channel Leaders. The MSP 501 is the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey and ranking list in the IT channel. Every year, IT businesses worldwide are ranked and assessed, hoping to be crowned an MSP 501er. ramsac have provided our clients with an outsourced IT department for 30 years, providing them with strategic input, supporting end users with jargon-free IT support, and developing secure IT solutions that support organisations as they grow. As an MSP we are passionate about creating long-term relationships with customers and we are proud of our numerous clients who have been with us for over twenty years. As a business we are continuing to build on our core ‘totalIT’ fully managed IT services offering. Growing our totalIT Secure+ services with a bigger dedicated team for security monitoring and response. We have recently recruited a senior IT Operations Lead and we are recruiting a further 5 people for our Cyber Operations Team, enabling us to provide more enhanced proactive monitoring and cyber response services. We are enjoying growth in our cloud services too, with a new SharePoint Transformation consultancy team, to assist organisations to get more out of their Office365 and cloud storage environments. We’ve also launched a meeting room technology team, to help organisations adapt to a mix of remote and in-person participants, providing technology to improve collaboration in the hybrid workspace.
