ramsac named as finalists in the Surrey & Hampshire Biz Awards

We are excited to announce that ramsac has been named as finalists for not one, but two awards in the 2018 Surrey & Hampshire Biz Awards, sponsored by Eagle Radio. We have reached the shortlist for both the ‘Business of the Year’ award and ramsac’s managing director Rob May has been shortlisted for the ‘Leadership’ award. The Business of the Year award recognises a company leading the way in business excellence, and our award nomination has focussed not only on our impressive 25% growth this last twelve months, but also our commitment to our very special business culture, our focus on our team and cutting edge approach to technology. The Leadership Award recognises a leader who has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. Rob has worked tirelessly to make ramsac a fantastic place to work. From launching the ramsac business school, a 12-month training programme open to all staff at all levels, to launching a programme focused on Positive Mental Health, which has seen ramsac run awareness sessions on mental health and workshops on recognising and managing stress. Rob has also established himself as a respected authority on tech and cyber crime, with a successful Ted Talk, book and speaking tour on the subject, alongside his work as the IoD’s Cyber Ambassador of Chair of the Surrey branch of the IoD. We feel very proud to be recognised in these two categories and we are looking forward to the evening of Thursday 24th May for the awards presentation at the H.G Wells Conference and Events Centre in Woking.
